Mr. Umoh has a B.A. and Masters in Public Administration degree the University at Albany. He then studied law at Fordham Law School and is admitted to practice in the State of New York as well as the U.S. District Courts, Southern, Eastern and Northern districts of New York as well as the Second Circuit Court of Appeals.
Mr. Umoh has represented and does represent clients in Employment Discrimination cases (including racial discrimination, age discrimination, sexual harassment, sexual discrimination, and gender bias), false arrests, civil rights, auto accidents, premises, labor law, and many other types of cases. He represents individual plaintiffs against many major corporations including many large investment banks.
Keisha Worrell has 12 years of experience in a range of litigation and non-litigation matters, including property damage, personal injury, civil rights, and family law.
She is heavily involved in petitioning for letters of administrations, obtaining and managing medical records and evidence, drafting pleadings and other legal documents, filings in state, federal and appellate courts, coordinating and managing discovery, demanding information and materials and responding to discovery requests, issuing and serving subpoenas, preparing trial exhibits and trial preparation and support for our medical malpractice trial attorneys, and, if required, the compromising of the case.
